Meeting Clients in the field, showings, and homes are mostly what our REALTORS® Associates are about.  Why use an office which is both expensive and inefficient when the real estate business can be done on a virtual model from anywhere.

With the advent of electronic contracts, electronic signatures, on-line file storage, e-mail, text, and web sharing most of our Client enjoy the flexibility and convenance of dealing with transactions from where ever they are located.  Why race across San Diego county only to be stuck in traffic to meet in some conference room?  Contracts can be put together via teleconference and e-mailed for signatures or signed on mobile devices.  Clients in different locations can all participate in the comfort of their own home or offices with their schedule.

RealtyV2 is proud to offer our Clients an on-line workspace using Google Documents.  Our custom transaction management system is designed for maximum protection and ease of use.  While companies exist like Relay, Transaction Point, and many others, we find using Google Docs and industry standard PDF files the best solution.

Even better, our Associates can include Clients in these workspaces during the transaction and long after the transaction has closed.  Imagine how easy it will be to find that HUD-1 settlement statement you’ll need next year for your taxes?
