I have been using Docusign for several years in my personal real estate practice and absolutely love it. Not only is it green technology but Clients enjoy reviewing and signing contracts and disclosures from their own computer screen or mobile device.
The savings in travel and the ability to have multiple signers in completely different parts of the country are only a few reasons that electronic signatures have become a necessary component of the virtual reality business model. Combined with Adobe Connect I can put together a complete purchase agreement and review with my Clients sharing my computer screen. Once finished the completed documents are e-mail for Client review and electronic signing.
All of our associates contracts and documents are reviewed on-line and initialed by me with Docusign.
