San Diego, CA. The Real Estate Brand Myth, What Really Matters To The Consumer?

RealtyV2 was founded with the simple notion that real estate brand is not what’s important.  Think of the V2 as the engine under the hood of the car, powering the vehicle to it’s destination.

Envision the body of the car as the brand – what the individual associate decides to market and brand.  Each is different and unique, some sleek and fast, some powerful, some elegant, and some understated.  What’s important is that each exterior matches the personality and uniqueness of the individual associate.

Is that not more important than trying to mass produce a brand image?

Different consumers has different expectations of service with the underlying desire of being treated fairly and professionally.

The National Association of REALTORS® recently released a study where 3% of the consumers were concerned about “The Brand” and most had no idea the differences.

Check out this interesting video asking the very question and then read the excellent posts of The Brand Illusion Part One and Part Two on Professional One Franchising.
